You are new
Assurance of salvation
Once you have given your heart to Jesus, you have been made new. You are forgiven. You have a brand new life in Him.
After their release from the Philippian jail, Paul and Silas tell the jailer, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved.” Acts 16:31.
Salvation is not a feeling you have to keep earning. It rests on what Jesus has already done. If you declared Him Lord and believed God raised Him from the dead, take Him at His word.
Stay close to the church. Come on Sunday, open the Bible, and join a homecell. If you are unsure, talk to a leader this Sunday or write to the office.
